The Austrian medical device authority has informed Swissmedic of the discovery of counterfeit CHONDROGRID® - INJECTABLE COLLAGEN HYDROLYSATE - 1 BTL 4MG from Bioteck S.p.A. The components of these counterfeit products are not yet known and health risks cannot be excluded. They should not be used under any circumstances.
It is also possible that counterfeit products are being offered for sale in Switzerland.
