Registering the user administrator(s)
Each authorisation holder may designate at least one or maximum two user administrators, who are authorised by Swissmedic to communicate via the portal and to register, authorise and manage other persons in the company as users.
Only one application is needed per authorisation holder.
On reception of your application, we send a usage contract by post to the Responsible Person (RP) of your company.
As soon as we receive the signed contract, the authorisation holder – as a contractual partner – is authorised to use the Portal.
