Overview / Summary
With this Swissmedic Portal release, we have removed the restriction on the user group, granting access to all registered company administrators.
Additionally, we have introduced the GxP certificate order process. You can now order GxP certificates directly via the Swissmedic Portal.
New Features
- All pre-registered company administrators now have direct access to the Swissmedic Portal.
- Company administrators can authorize their users to access and use the Swissmedic Portal through the eIAM delegated management application [(link)].
- Within the Establishment Licenses context page, we have enabled the "Certificate" button. Clicking this button will open the order assistant, guiding you step by step through the GxP certificate ordering process. This means, that the existing process using MLP/eGov-Portal to order GxP certificates is replaced, starting now. Administrators, please inform your assigned users about this news.
Known Issues
Currently, no new onboarding process is available for companies or administrators. If you need to register a new company or administrator for the Swissmedic Portal, you must follow the existing onboarding procedure, as described in the following document:
